I am a board certified Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner. I completed my Masters of Science Psychiatric Mental Health Nursing at the State University of Stony Brook and my Bachelor of Science in nursing degree at D’Youville College. I have over 32 years of psychiatric nursing experience, working with diverse populations. I specialize in women's health, with an individualized client centered holistic approach tailored to meet individual needs.
My practice focuses on assessment and medication treatment of psychiatric symptoms. I am currently accepting BlueCross & BlueShield of Western New York, Highmark, Aetna, Univera, and Independent Health insurances. I take time to listen in order to provide client centered care that meets your unique needs. Medications appointments are typically accompanied by psychotherapy where we concentrate on your strengths, utilizing your personal attributes to promote empowerment. Together we will explore and resolve ambivalence to promote change, and ultimately move you toward your personal and treatment goals.
